The month, step by step.

  1. Intake call

    You tell us your services, prices, clients, voice, and how you work and deliver.

    We write it into your brain: approved words, banned words, hard rules.

  2. Photos in

    Share photos and videos in a folder on your own Drive. Messy is fine.

    After each site visit, add the snaps and a short voice note on WhatsApp. We write up the story and add it to your brain.

  3. Your references

    Share the styles and work you admire, whenever you find them.

    They go into your brain and steer the look of your content. We never copy or repost them.

  4. The plan

    A 20-minute call each month sets what to post and when.

    You approve the plan. Nothing is written before that.

  5. Weekly drops

    Every week we enhance your photos and write posts for your platforms.

    Light, colour, cleanup and angles. The room stays exactly as built. Every fact comes from you. Plus a weekly Story kit: about five frames from that week's site photos.

  6. Seven-point review

    Banned words, facts, your rules, format, voice, theme and every photo edit.

    A piece that fails is fixed or held back.

  7. Your OK

    A quick yes on WhatsApp for each drop.

    You see every edited photo beside its original. Two rewrite rounds on every post.

  8. You publish

    Post from your own account with a ready-to-paste pack.

    On Studio and Signature, we can post what you approved and answer public comments for you, through a role you grant. We report back from the numbers you share.
